Information you give us

When you submit our contact or free-audit forms, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

• Details about your project or business — for the contact form, your message; for the automation audit, your team size, the repetitive work you'd like to reduce, your top priorities, and the tools you use.

You don't have to give us this information, but we need it to respond to your inquiry or prepare an audit.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect limited technical information automatically when you visit, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and the page that referred you. We use cookies and similar technologies for this. Specifically, the Site uses:

• Google Analytics 4 — to understand how visitors use the Site. We enable IP anonymization, and we do not pass form field values or other personal information into analytics events.
• HubSpot — our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, which records page views and form submissions so we can manage and follow up on inquiries.
