Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

FocalGroove LLC ("FocalGroove," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through focalgroove.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, subscribe to the newsletter, or complete an audit intake we've sent you, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

  • Your name, email address, and company.
  • Details about your project or business that you share in the contact form message.

You don't have to give us this information, but we need it to respond to your inquiry or prepare an audit.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect limited technical information automatically when you visit, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and the page that referred you. We use cookies and similar technologies for this. Specifically, the Site uses:

  • Google Analytics 4 — to understand how visitors use the Site. We enable IP anonymization, and we do not pass form field values or other personal information into analytics events.
  • HubSpot — our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, which records page views and form submissions so we can manage and follow up on inquiries.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the services or audit you request.
  • To communicate with you about your project, including follow-up emails.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business — such as Google (analytics) and HubSpot (CRM and email) — and only as needed for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to and serve you, and as required for our legitimate business and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices and rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@focalgroove.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we honor those rights where they apply.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
