The brief
Kristi Straw is an executive strategist, keynote speaker, and board advisor — the founder of Lighthouse Leadership Consultants. A podcast was the natural home for her voice, but her calendar had no room for the production side: editing, thumbnails, clips, publishing. She needed to walk in, record, and walk out.
How we approached it
The Last Straw Podcast records at The Groove Studio in downtown Concord. Kristi and her guests show up; we handle the rest — multi-camera recording, broadcast audio, editing, episode thumbnails, and the social clips that carry each conversation beyond the feed. Finished assets get delivered ready to use.
Because it's an ongoing partnership, the details stay handled between sessions too: season transitions, guest episode naming, thumbnail fixes turned around same-day when something needs correcting.
Where it stands today
Season one wrapped at sixteen episodes. Season two is in production now, with three episodes already recorded. And Kristi sends people our way — when a client of hers had a bad experience with another podcast company in Charlotte, Kristi's answer was to hand over our number.
