William Ryan Roofing

A China Grove roofing company that leads with craftsmanship, and a 30-second commercial that shows it, aerial footage included. They liked the result enough to start planning a second commercial for their flooring business.

The brief

William Ryan Roofing has built its reputation in China Grove the old way — quality work, attention to detail, and integrity when the insurance paperwork gets complicated. Word of mouth was working. A commercial could make the same case to people who hadn't heard it yet.

How we approached it

We scripted and shot a 30-second commercial that shows the company the way its customers describe it. Real crews on real roofs, with licensed drone coverage of completed projects — no stock footage, because the actual work holds up on camera.

Then we went past the deliverable and built the placement strategy: where the spot should run to reach homeowners in their service area, from the local theater screen to streaming TV.

Where it stands today

The best review a commercial can get is the client asking for another one. After seeing the roofing spot, the Renkens started planning a second commercial for their flooring business — their words: "I think it's time and really would like to press."
